I am holding 200 shares of of reliance industries. My details are as below.

I have applied for right shares - my banker - vijya bank - sargasan branch - gandhinagar - gujarat. My bank acc. Nos. - [protected] block amount for right issue was - rs. 15713/-.

My banker has unblocked amount of rs. 15713/- in my account with the reason no allotment of shares.

Please inform me the reason for not allotted right share of reliance.
