I have applied for reliance jio sim on[protected] & submitted votar id copy and photo . My coupon code is [protected].I am not share to coupon number for any person. But jio team says the coupon number is already used why it possible. And my coupon no and bar code comes myjio apps download. The Samsung j5 model no and imei number is there Imei and barcode is comes to my mobile. i m going to my jio app he are saying coupon redeemed . How it is possible . They used my documents and issue sim in my name. Please give me a new coupon number

Updated by venkateshadi I had purchased a Jiosim no [protected] on[protected] along with Coupon No: [protected] Tuesday. I had been told to wait upto 3 days for activation. It's been 7 days, it is still not activated. The coupon no shows redeemed. I visit where i had purchased a sim, the store people told that your coupon no already generated or u share the coupon number somebody else. I also visited the local RELIANCE DIGITAL outlet from where I had bought the coupon and sim. They are also not helping out and even behaving badly. Surprised..

I have recently purchased new phone and installed the jio app and got the coupon code. After 3-4 days when I reached to store they asked me like coupon code already redeemed. I have not shared this code with any person then why it showing such thing. Is that possible to check it like who has redeemed my code?
