Reliance Insurance — Vehicle insurance claim

Dear Sir, We are you’re a valuable customer till date for Tata motors I Purchased 8 Tata vehicles (sumo, indica, indigo) in last few years and I booked 2 no’s of Tata sumo victa last week at the same time I am a customer of Tata Finance. But now I got unsatisfied service by your Concorde motors staffs. I purchased one Tata sumo gold in January 2014 in the name of MB Travels bearing no.TN12B2001 & Chassis No: MAT446248D9K21277. The above mentioned vehicle has been certainly fired in bonnet portion of vehicle on 08.09.2015 and 2:00pm at Avadi Chennai the local fire station peoples came and stop the fire but unfortunately the hole portion of the bonnet of the vehicle has been fired the same day I informed to the Concorde motors and your referred Insurance Policy company Reliance insurance. And I got the FIR from the local police and Fire station report and RTO report and submitted the relevant documents to the Concorde motors and Reliance Insurance. Reliance insurance surveyor came and surveys the vehicle and took the vehicle to Concorde motors. But till date we can’t able get any solution from the Concorde motors and reliance insurance they are kept my vehicle for last 1 month .Finally they are decide to total loss the vehicle. And I like to intimate it is a 1 year old vehicle. Sir I am not a well background person we are coming from the bottom. So I kindly request you to take the necessary action and give the feedback regarding this matter. Thanking you …………………
