Hi Team,
There was a series of events which happened to me with Reliance Jewels Gorakhpur UP branch which has really shaken by trust from such an esteemed and reputed organization, below I have described it as per the chronological order:
On 2nd March 2023:
I placed a customized order for 1set of bangles (2 pieces) from Reliance Jewels, Plot no 7 park road, Gorakhpur 273009 on 2nd March 2023. I had paid 80% of the billed amount (Rs. 138000 as asked by the staff) as a token of advance for Gold Rate Freeze (there is stamp on the receipt as well) and expected delivery was 30th March 2023 and also there was an offer going on which offered 10% off on the making charge( this was informed by staff and also I had confirmed at the time of billing as well).
On 22nd March 2023:
I got call from store saying my ordered item has arrived and come to take and finalize the pending amount, when I visited the store same day on the billing counter I got to know the gold rate was not freezed as the staff had not selected that while making the bill on the date of placing order and asked me to pay as per current day's gold rate not with the freezed one and didn't accept their mistake, then after an argument the commercial staff told that Mr. Abhishek Srivastava( Floor Manager) is not present today once he comes he would look into it and asked me to come next day, so I went next day i.e. 23rd March 2023.
On 23rd March 2023:
The commercial and staff told me that they had mailed to the RM and still Mr. Abhishek was not there again and I would be informed by the store in the next 2 days with an update.
On 25th March 2023:
I didn't get any call from the store as they told that they would keep me posted, so in the evening I called the staff(Mrs. Lakshmi), she told me that I would receive a call from Mr. Abhishek with the update the next day as on the same day there was no update.
On 26th March 2023:
I waited till 3:30 pm but I didn't get any update from the store, so I called the store and checked with Mr. Bhaskar but still I didn't receive any update as he kept on saying that the higher authority (Cluster head and RM have not replied to the mail), then I strictly asked him to update me by 5 pm since my money and order was blocked and I was in need of the same, then around 6pm I got call from Mr. Abhishek saying that they would refund my amount as they can't bill the order on the freezed rate since the Cluster Head has denied the mail verbally(this is what Mr. Abhishek has communicated to me), then I again went to the store at around 7 pm to discuss the issue but they haven't provided me the solution.

I think the staff and managers are not understanding the workout as shown in docs Proof1 (Advance receipt) and Proof2 and workout has be calculated by me in Proof3 so the advance paid by me is correct as it is 80% of the estimated amount, kindly review it and make my final billing as per the gold rate freezed on 2nd March 2023 and 10% off on making charge as communicated on the date of placing order.
This act of Reliance Jewels is unexpected and really frustrating being an old customer(me and my father are purchasing for past 3 years you can verify our details as well with Mob no as [protected], [protected]) and after multiple of follow ups they didn't give me proper solution and didn't update me on their own as I only used to call them.
So, I am requesting you to kindly provide me with my ordered item as the Gold rate freezed on 2nd March 2023. Try to understand my concern as well since this event is so drainly and I am the one who is bearing all as my Rs. 138000 is also blocked and the ordered item as well due to which I had to follow up multiple times and go to the store.
