Yesterday i visited reliance jewels boring road patna branch to get help regarding my ring which i bought from them a month back! The ring had a rhodium plating which faded very soon! So i visited them to help me out on that matter! But one of their staff Mr. Prem talked to me very rudely and in a pathetic way instead of helping me out! Later the store manager agreed to exchange the ring with a new one after a lot of hassle! But their service...

Hi, i placed an order from reliance jewels website on 22nd April.
My order Id is 2031320. and my AWB number is [protected].
On the ecom express website the order is still showing in transit,
On contacting reliance jewels through emails, they are just saying that “they are sorry for the issue and allow them some time”....

Its very disappointing regarding the product i have purchased on the date[protected] that was a diamond ring. And the product was defected with in the day as i took it. After using of 2 days one diamond got detached, so i asked the showroom for repair but they offered me to exchange the product and buy another one with same or higher price. Today I visited your reliance digital shahjahanpur store from where I purchased bangles last week.. I visited there to exchange the bangles as their size was small. When we asked them they said size is not available so we started exploring new designs on a bigger size. We purchase more than 5 lakh last week so our discount is 25% now they told us to do billing again due to which our discount reduce to 10% which is totally loss to us .. they...

I bought a earring from Reliance Jewelery Ashok Nagar in the month of October, I wore it only 1 time and it broke, does Reliance use such cheap material? Rellins gave me very dirty product: I have been with Dup Jewelers for the last 15 years, till date I have not had any problem with anything. There is a fraud done with me, and that fraud is done by your employee.They create wrong ID with wrong number and give gold coin to that person and take credit note.
When I come to store with credit note they said we don't sale gold coin on credit card note.
But on wrong credit note they provide or sale gold coin to that person and they not take any KYC for varification...

On 17th November i am purchased few studded products in your store at that time store manager sachin taken old gold from me sold in local market cheated me up to Rs 15000, professionally am doctor easily cheated me.
