I have purchased diamond ring of following description: Article code: 48-D2738 Description: 18K-S-RING LADIES Price: Rs. 41573.47 Date of Purchase:[protected] One diamond was stripped off from the ring on dared[protected] and I have made a complaint to Reliace Jewels at SCO 123-124, Sector 17 C, Chandigarh. But they did not replaced or repaired it. On dated[protected] another diamond was stripped off, thus total 2 diamond lost out...

I had done payment by upi to the store but they are not confirming or refunding my amount is debited.

I bought chain on 17th October Rs.197620.72, this chain broken within three month. i knew when the chain broke otherwise i lost 197620 rs this is very bad experience.

Subject: Concern regarding gold exchange rate discrepancy

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the gold exchange rate applied to my recent purchase at your Kanchrapara store. On 19th Aug 2024, I visited your outlet to exchange my old gold jewelry for a new piece. However, I was surprised to find that the gold rate used for the exchange was higher than the rate at which I purchased few days ago.

The exchange rate quoted by your staff was different whereas the market rate on that day was different and this discrepancy resulted in a significant difference in the value of my old jewelry, leading to a higher amount payable by me for the new purchase.

I understand that some variation in rates may occur, but the difference in this case was substantial. As a loyal customer, I expect transparency and fair dealing from Reliance Jewels. I request you to look into this matter and take necessary steps to rectify the issue.

My purchase details are as follows:

I have purchased few gold jewelry from reliance jewels on 16/11/2023 and was told by the executive that Diwali cashback offer is going on and if I swipe SBI debit card of rs 25000/- I would be receiving cashback of rs 2500/- which is after 3 month of purchase. I made transaction of 2 SBI cards of 50000/- around and was assured by executive that the cashback(5000/-) will be credited to the respective SBI debit card after 3 month of purchase. Now its been around 5 month and I am keep on reaching to bank as well as reliance jewels showroom but no one is ready to resolve it. they are keep on throwing it on each other so I am seeing no use of contacting them. even I have raised compliant with reliance jewells and they closed it saying that mistake was done by executive and offer was applicable only on credit cards. while purchase I have read the term & condition carefully and nowhere it was mentioned that offer is applicable on only credit cards. Kindly help to get the cashback. I have attached the screenshot of invoice and whatsapp chat with executive(mohammed sameer) who explained and promised the cashback and complaint ID with reliance is 5090409

Reliance jewels sambalpur is not giving coupon code after getting VLCC coupon... They are bluffing on the coupon. They are not picking the calls.

I submitted my jewellery items for service and repairs on 12/11/2023.the expected date of delivery is 30/11/2023.till date no status is updated, calls are not answered when I'm trying to connect with store.. From day 1 to till date I have not received a single call from the store regarding my service update ...

I am writing to report a case of financial fraud that I recently experienced.on 16/11/2023 I purchased a gold ring.
On that they are ok with all the details and policies and on billing time they did a mistake of name mis-match on original bill and give commitment to resolve on next working day.
It was my special day on 18 th of nov I went to out of station to celebrate for 5 days and second day I wound that ring is changing the color on first I ignored I thought that can be polished.

But now day by day my gold ring is getting change the colour it's like white silver on one side .
I informed to store manager Mr Faraz shamsi on 8th day of purchase when I come back to aligarh .
He said we will file complaint regarding this it will exchange after approval.
But still he didn't solve any query either ring metal or bill mis-match.
It's like a game they all are planning to gether excutive is taking time day by day he is like ho jayega me krva dunga 100 💯 exchange hogaa apka ye hoga vo hoga nd all
It arround more then 15 days and they just giving excuse on this problem they are giving fake commitment and now they are denying they are saying ring is ok it is your fault you have to pay making charges and gst for exchange.
One more thing earlier they was saying exchange time is 7 days
Today on of their excutive said 10 days is maximum time for exchange agr ap ajati to ho jata
I want to ask one thing is 8 th day of buying any product is not comes in within 10 days?

Is Ambani sir is giving white gold on the price of normal' gold ?

Is they are giving training to their staff for how to make customer fool?

This is very bad experience with reliance and I was emotionally atteched with that ring and they make fun of my feelings and emotions.
They are mentally harrassing me .now I m feeling like very disturbed if take any step with me feeling or life
Mr Mukesh and their aligarh team will be the responsible for that .

Today they said clearly no for any help or solution Mr Faraz shamsi and their is responsible for my condition and in future if I give any step with my life they all will be the responsible.,

Counter staffs alongwith his head has denied to give written statement provided by reliance about payment procedure what he have told me as the payment procedure is only the same as he is instructing me to follow.this make me very embarrassing because they have also not provided all payment related documents in printed form.

As I have given my chain for repairing due to damage. But Dhanbad reliance jewels is saying. It's not possible to repair the product.

Ms Shagun Sharma from Reliance Jewels, Noida Sector 18, called my wife Mrs Charu Verma today to wish her Happy Birthday and offered a Discount of 20% on Diamond Jewellery between 1 lakh to 2 lakhs and an additional Rs 1, 500 discount for today. Ms Shagun Sharma whatsapped to me from her mobile number [protected], pics of a few Diamond sets with their price after 20% discount and assured a further discount of ₹1, 500/-, if jewellery was purchased today. The said whatsapp message with price quotations was sent to me at 12:28 pm. My wife had to leave for outstation at 12 pm, but on my insisting agreed to postpone it by 1 hour. I reached with my wife at 12:45 pm (within 17 minutes of the whatsapp message) and chose a Diamond set through WhatsApp pic for which the quoted price was ₹1, 22, 509 after 20% discount and on which an additional discount of ₹1, 500 was assured, thereby bringing the final price to ₹1, 21, 009/-. As we were in a hurry, I immediately offered to pay ₹1, 21, 009/- and purchase the short listed Diamond set (pic of which with price quotation was sent through WhatsApp).
However we were shocked to learn that within 17 minutes the final price was revised/increased to ₹1, 26, 320/-. I was extremely annoyed as this would mean that a price quoted while choosing a set can be increased by more than ₹5, 311/- within 17 minutes at the time of making payment.
Hence, I have come back without purchasing the said Diamond set.

I have bought a gold earing on 6th aug 23. It got broken twicein a span of month.
Til now my wife has wore it two time and both time it has broken. When first time broken I bought it to the reliance jewel store they send it to mumbai ho for repair I waited for 15 days when I got it back and my wife wore it got broken again.
It's gold if it gets broken and missed what I will do kindly resolve the issue by replacement asap.

Dear Sir, I have purchased Diamond Earing and Pendant set from Reliance store, Etawah on 20/08/23. ( Art. Code - SKU7080666 and
They sold the set by saying that it is a diamond set. But, on the bill there is no mention of diamond anywhere. Everywhere they have mentioned the word 'stone'. And there is no diamond certificate also. This is the proof that it is not diamond. This is sheer cheating.

They sold me the set by saying that it is diamond, but they didn't provided me any diamond certificate. Moreover, they have not mentioned anywhere in the bill that it is diamond. Everywhere they have used the word 'Stone'. This is sheer cheating.

Hi Team,

I have purchased ring from Reliance Jewels on 6th August 2023. When I came home, We have observed that ring (Article code- SKU3251401) is defective from back side and have quality issues. I immediately complained to reliance jewels store by showing the picture of the quality and defect of the ring. They promised to exchange the ring as soon as the new ring is delivered to their store. When I approached their store within 7 days. MR Pravin, Store manager of (Reliance Jewels, Viviana Mall, Thane) refused to exchange the product and also denied to refund the amount of the product what they have charged irrespective of the defect quality product they have sold to their customer. I am paying so much of amount including making and GST charges, then too I am getting defective product and reliance jewels is not ready for exchange or refund. I have not purchased this product from any road side shop where I have to check quality from microscope while buying a product. How can I now show trust in so called reliance jewels who are selling defected product to their customer. I have now registered compliant in reliance jewel with compliant ID 4641847. Please help and support in order to provide me either exchange a product with good quality or provide me full refund of the defected product.

I have purchased GSS scheme from Reliance Jewels on 15/02/22 from Delhi .
Till July 2023, I have make all payments . But, for the month of June & July 2023 its not updated on site. GSS number mentioned in subject line.

Purchased pendent set on22/1122 price 110000 from Bhuj showroom dist Kutch .During 1 St use itself one earing joint broken.wisited showroom yesterday and the sales man said that it will be repaired at Bombay but u have to bear the cost of gold material which will be added during soldering.
Now MY COMPLAIN IS THAT THE JOINT BROKE WITHIN 6-7 MONTH AND IT IS TOTALLY DUE TO POOR SOLDERING QUALITY OR POOR WORKMANSHIP.THEN WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE REPAIRING MATERIAL IT MAY BE VERY LESS IN AMOUNT.BUT IT IS THE SHAME FOR THE QUALITY OF SUCH BIG BRAND AND CUSTOMER IS CHARGING HUGE AMOUNT FOR THE NAME OF MAKING CHARGES.I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REPAIR THE ITEM FREE OF COST.
