Reliance Jewels — Fraud with manipulation of words and melting old gold and telling wrong prices

Dear sir/ madam,
We had a very bad experience yesterday in you reliance jewellery showroom, pitampura, new delhi. We went to your showroom at 4pm. We took our very old gold matar malla 30gm, 1 bangle 9.5gm and 1ring of 11gm. We wanted to exchange our old gold with the new gold. Your staff told that our value of gold is 1, 83, 000. Then we agreed with the amount and started seeing new gold designs. We selected two necklace sets, one of 10.3gm and other of 30.5gm and one ring of 5gm. We selected two earings as well. After calculating the total amount and balance amount which we had to pay. Then your staff said the value of your gold is 1, 45, 000 and before the said wrong amount due to their calculation mistakes. Somehow they convinced us and we also agreed at 1, 45, 000. After all this they said they have to melt our gold and we agreed with them. Before melting the gold they said that our gold purity is 91% (Checked in a machine). After melting the gold they said our gold purity is 74%. So our gold value is 1, 18, 000.
So starting from 1, 83000 they brought our value to 1, 18, 000.
Your staff did a fraud with us with manipulation of words. They said after melting there will be very little difference. But after melting they told us so much of difference. We called the police as well. But as there was a long procedure to resolve the issue and we have a wedding in coming few days so we didn't follow the procedure told by the police. We have also been to local jewellers who had been offering us better amount. But with our trust we came to your showroom with a thought in our mind we will get pure product. But instead of this your staff cheated with us by playing with words.
Now tell me what should i do where should i go. I have all records and proofs. I am planning to give it to media like twitter, facebook, news channel and guide common people to never buy or exchange gold from you. Your first machine shows good values so that we get attracted and after we select new products. After you melt gold we get stuck with you and left with no options. You manipulate words and misguide your customers.
We are not even sure the melted gold which you returned to us is pure or not.
Now tell me can you do anything for me in this situation or else i have to take action on my own.
