Hi Reliance Jewels,
We bought a Diamond Ring (Engagement Ring) from Reliance Jewels (Karol Bagh, Delhi) 2 years back and wanted to return/exchange as the diamond is coming out. 1st diamond came out in june 2016 & we have lost a diamond and got it repaired by Preet Vihar Delhi Branch after a month on making payment of Rs.700 in the month of July’2016.
Then 2nd diamond came out in Dec’16 & again we lost the diamond & got it repaired by Ghaziabad Branch after a month on making payment of Rs.300 in the month of Jan’17.
We have received our ring on 21st Jan’17 & just after 3 days again a diamond came out. Again, We have visited to Ghaziabad store they said you should buy the other one as this seems to be a defected piece because diamond has come out 3rd time.
Our concern is, This is our engagement ring & reliance team should also understand that being an Indian, There are some sentiments & emotions are also boned with the ring. So, we can’t exchange it. However, After all those emotions & feelings we thought we will discuss this at home if we can exchange it or not….Or we will keep it same.
After all the thoughts, We came back to our home to discuss further with family & trust me next day again we have lost 1 more diamond from the ring & this time it’s really frustrating.
So, Finally it’s 4th time when diamond is coming out then we decided to escalate this to higher level.
We have purchased a lot or I would say all of our jewelry from Reliance jewels if you need we can share all the bills with your team. We had done with 3 marriages in our family in last 2 years & all the jewelry we bought from Reliance only.
This is seriously very disappointing & frustrating to repair a diamond ring 4th time in 2 years. We are really very upset by this pathetic manufacturing & such kind of incident is happening with big brand like reliance.
We still trust on Reliance Jewels to provide us the solution on this. I would request reliance jewels team to please look in to this concern & give us a new diamond ring with same design or repair it asap without any charges & also ensure that it will not happen again.
