My sister went to your outlet at gold souk mall, sohna road, gurugram to exhange her 4 old bangles on 1sept, 2017 which on purity test comes out to be 91%but after melting it comes out to be 3% gold & ur employee were not even ready to give us the pre &post purity test report. I[censored] r right on your part then kindly give us the report stating gold purity test before and after melting.

    Ornament collection is good but employees / staff are not up to the level required - particularly behaviour point of view. They are behaving more than professional and trying to show monopoly in this competition era.
    Yesterday, we did not purchase ornament worth approx rs 10 lakh due to this only and wasted almost half a day for selecting ornaments.

    They gave me extra discounts on my purchase. However, some service guerantees given during the time of purchase were not fulfilled later. They escaped by saying that the staff person who has given guarantee was un-known to the rule of the company. Now, on demanding that free service ( guaranteed at the time of purchase) they insist on payming extra money for that.

    Recently we purchased some jewellery from Reliance Baroda-Vadodara store. Some service guerantees given during the time of purchase were not fulfilled later. They escaped by saying that the staff person who has given guarantee was un-known to the rule of the company.       Good Evening.

      I am writing this complaint to highlight the issues faced by me at Reliance Jewels store, Punjagutta. So I would like to bring to your kind notice that after frequent complaints to the Reliance Jewels regarding the gold ring issue at Punjagutta store room they were unable to repaired the ring. It’s a deep agony that being such a global company, a certain amount of professionalism that is expected from the company and its staff are very irresponsible and no proper knowledge as my experience has been utterly horrible.

      I had purchased an engagement ring for my wife in November 2016 and loses its stone on the gold after wearing a couple of times. This is the kind of quality of the jewelery that the company provides.When I went to the store for the repair after sale service that was provided by the staff was far worse. The staff at the store are so unprofessional and having half knowledge related to the quality checking. I don’t think that any of the staff member having good knowledge. They don’t consider their fault, instead saying that the fault from the customer side.

      It's with deep regret that I'm writing this complain against the Reliance Jewels store manager, Mr. Dharmjeet singh and its staff. I went to the show room with the complaint. They repaired it but the next day the stone comes out of the ring and I went to the show room again but it did not worked out. In this way I went to the show room 6 times in a span of 45 days leaving my work behind and they wasted my precious time and energy. Finally, they told me that the article would be sent to Mumbai to the testing center for the analysis of the reason to find out the discrepancy. They asked for time duration of around one month for the problem to be rectified. It took more than 55 days but they are unable to rectify it saying that its due to other reasons it cannot be put back the stone on the ring and refused to give the money back to me.

      This is complete breach of trust and fraud with the customer. Either refund the full amount or I will file the police complaint against the Reliance Jewels and the store manager.

      My ring is still with the store manager.
      Please find the attached receipts along with this complaint for your kind perusal.

      If strict action not taken, then action will be initiated against each of you.

      I want my full payment without any deductions.

        Hi, as i had been to bangalore last week for my friend's wedding so thought of gift him something special relaince is the awesome in everything i use reliance network i shop @ reliance i like it, i went a store located in koramangla bangalore i buyed a ring sales executive are not at all active and no proper communication when i asked about some details on it she was blind, no proper grooming i'm not making this up you guys can have a check better to change staff then paying them for no cause, hope relaince value my words...

        One thing more whole staff was dancing as if it was a dancing club..

          Being such a big global company there is a certain amount of professionalism that is expected from the company and its staff BUT my experience has been utterly horrible.
          I had purchased a wedding band for my husband in November 2016 and the diamond fell off within 3 months only. This is the kind of quality of the jewellery that the company provides.
          Then when I went to the store for the repair the after sale service that was provided by the staff was far worse. The staff at the store are so very unprofessional and rude. I don’t think any of the staff member even knows what politeness is!
          Mr. Indrajeet is handling this matter and he called my husband to inform that the ring was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick it up I was informed that it is still not ready. The polishing and the quality check was still not done. It isn’t really very convenient for me to keep making rounds of the store again and again. One of the staff member even went to the point of saying that this the first time you have come to pick it up and things like this takes 2-3 rounds. Is this the kind of grooming that is provided to the employees that it is embedded in their minds by default that they have to keep making clients do a couple of round ups for every single transaction.
          Then again, the band had to be resized to one size smaller. the salesman called me again today telling me that the polish has been done but the band was not resized. When I asked him that why it wasn’t done, he tells me that it is not his fault that the worker at the head office did not get it done. First of all is this how the employees are supposed to reply to a customer and secondly if it’s not the responsibility of the staff to get the work done then whose responsibility is it, the customer’s? There were various other rude statements and harsh words that we had to go through.
          Are the staff member employee to the company because it seems all of them are the owners of the store and that too very rude owners?
          now the salesman has send me pictures of repaired ring and it is in pathetic condition. it has scratches and groove marks all over it.
          It is such a great shock that the people from retail industry can be so rude especially when they are trained to be super polite and helpful. the experience with the so famous RELIANCE INDUSTRIES has been really the worst and I think my first experience will be the last one with reliance jewels. Such kind of service will surely have a very negative impact and will make the company infamous in the future.

            It's with deep regret that I'm writing this complain fo a company that I believed delivered only excellence. I purchased a diamond bracelet from the reliance Jewels showroom located in Preet Vihar, New Delhi in October 2016. Within a month or two of purchase, the bracelet lost two diamonds and its lock also got corrupt and nonoperational. I went to the show room with the complaint. They told me that the article would be sent to Mumbai to the testing center for the analysis of the reason for the discrepancy. They asked for a time duration of around one month for the problem to be rectified. It took around 45 days for them to repair. They assured that no such problem will be encountered again but it's hardly four months and again one of the diamonds has dropped out. Also the lock is giving troubles. Am I supposed to keep visiting the showroom every two months to get an article repaired? This kind of inferior workmanship is not expected from a organization as big as reliance. Kindly let me know how my concern will be handled.

              Hi Reliance Jewels,

              We bought a Diamond Ring (Engagement Ring) from Reliance Jewels (Karol Bagh, Delhi) 2 years back and wanted to return/exchange as the diamond is coming out. 1st diamond came out in june 2016 & we have lost a diamond and got it repaired by Preet Vihar Delhi Branch after a month on making payment of Rs.700 in the month of July’2016.

              Then 2nd diamond came out in Dec’16 & again we lost the diamond & got it repaired by Ghaziabad Branch after a month on making payment of Rs.300 in the month of Jan’17.

              We have received our ring on 21st Jan’17 & just after 3 days again a diamond came out. Again, We have visited to Ghaziabad store they said you should buy the other one as this seems to be a defected piece because diamond has come out 3rd time.
              Our concern is, This is our engagement ring & reliance team should also understand that being an Indian, There are some sentiments & emotions are also boned with the ring. So, we can’t exchange it. However, After all those emotions & feelings we thought we will discuss this at home if we can exchange it or not….Or we will keep it same.

              After all the thoughts, We came back to our home to discuss further with family & trust me next day again we have lost 1 more diamond from the ring & this time it’s really frustrating.
              So, Finally it’s 4th time when diamond is coming out then we decided to escalate this to higher level.

              We have purchased a lot or I would say all of our jewelry from Reliance jewels if you need we can share all the bills with your team. We had done with 3 marriages in our family in last 2 years & all the jewelry we bought from Reliance only.

              This is seriously very disappointing & frustrating to repair a diamond ring 4th time in 2 years. We are really very upset by this pathetic manufacturing & such kind of incident is happening with big brand like reliance.

              We still trust on Reliance Jewels to provide us the solution on this. I would request reliance jewels team to please look in to this concern & give us a new diamond ring with same design or repair it asap without any charges & also ensure that it will not happen again.

                Dear Sir / Mam,
                I bought diamond ring from Reliance 2 year back and wanted to return as the diamond was coming out, previously also we have lost diamond and got it repaired on making payment. We have the original bill and diamond jewellery certificate. We visited your Karol Bagh brand on 31st December but your team refused to return on weekend and ask us to come from Monday to Friday, which is not in your policy.
                We again visited today, 27th Jan 2017, with all the required papers but today again they refuse to process refund as they require cancel cheque on name of owner on invoice.
                The bills are on my name and I wanted the refund to be done in my wife’s account. We provided identity proof and requested to refund money on my wife’s account (for which we provided cheque and also identity proof). But they refused to do and insisted refund only in account of Owner. I also suggested to take written confirmation or authority letter to transfer fund on my wife name but they not only refuse to do refund and were extremely rude to tell us to go back and come some other time.
                We cross checked return policy from your Gurgaon store as well and they confirmed that refund can be done on showing identity proof of both person and confirmation letter from owner (ie. Myself). We also checked on company website where it has asked for bill as ownership proof or confirmation letter in absence or bill. We again asked Karol bagh team to re consider and facilitate refund to avoid waste of time and problem for us to come again and again but the team was extremely adamant and non-cooperative. They clearly refused to support even after other store are and website is confirming the possibility.
                We asked both the store manager to share contact number of any senior who can take decision and resolve as to avoid visit again but again they refuse to share any contact number and have asked us to drop mail to customer service which does not full fill our purpose as we do not want to come again from so far.
                This was really very embarrassing and harassing to see staff not cooperating and adamant nature even when there was a process and way out.
                Your store team is openly cheating and making false statement. They are not following policy and process of your company. They are rude, ill-mannered, lack of any empathy for flexibility. There is no support process for customer. There is no mechanism for immediate help. There is also lack of transparency.
                Even after knowing the process and possibility we were made to go back without processing refund.
                We request both store managers (Rajeev and Gaurav) to share contact number of any senior manager who can take decision and resolve the issue but both refuse to share any contact detail of any senior and made us return without processing refund.
                I'm very upset by this pathetic and non-standard service provided by such a big brand Reliance.

                If RELIANCE will treat their customer's like this I'm sure the company will loose it's credibility among the customer, I personally won't suggest anybody to buy Reliance Jewels.

                Will like to request the brand look into it and suggest what is the further action or support which a company like Reliance will do for its customer.

                  I have purchased a lot of jewellery from reliance jewellery in gold souk gurgaon. But after sale service is really bad. I went to the showroom for selling of defective earring which I purchased along with other jewellery but they don't have repair guy every time I go and they forcefully ask us to accept defective earring by saying its ok. Just because we trust the sales person as well as brand reliance we didn't check before purchasing and now the attitude is totally different. This kind of service is really not acceptable in such a competitive environment.

                        SKU0300183. Purchased one ring from preet viharand paid full amount. They promised to increase the size. Despite of many followup store manager and sales person tarun could not delieverd the ring. They promised to refund the full amount ie 31533 rs. Now they have credited 25859. This is complete breach of trust anf fraud with customer.Either refund the full aMt or I will file the police complaint.

                          I went to store ( in Z-Square mall) for the first time and had total shopping of around 125000 INR. I am satisfied with jewelries. But customer experience was very poor Store manager "Devendra Singh" was worst person to deal with customer. He was very rude and abrasive with me. His ego was so high in wordings that he once said "Some times there are wrong customer". It was a personal offense to me. He was very rude with his own sales people too. If Reliance can do some thing for this situation I will highly appreciate. Please keep me in loop for further details.

                            I purchased a diamond ring from reliance jewels laxmi nagar new delhi and the next day only one of the diamond was missing from the ring before buying i asked the sales person (Mr. Rustam) atleast 5 times about the diamonds would not come out as while buying i saw one of their ring's diamond came off. However i gave the ring to the showroom and they said a QC will be conducted on the ring to check if it was a manufacturing defect and they gave me time for 5 days. Nobody called me even after 15 days and when today i specially went to their showroom they said that the ring QC report says there was a hit and also the staff misbehaved so badly. they said the ring is in mumbai and i cant even have my ring back. The 5 day promise which they gave me they openly said that it was a false promise and the process will now take 1 month. one of their staff even tried to change my details of the paper they handed to me in place of ring to which when i retaliated they said i can file a FIR. this is the behaviors shown to me. The showroom manager so openly said that its the customer who always has to bear all the loss and pain. I would never recommend anyone to buy any kind of jewelry from reliance jewels.

                              I had purchased a gold scheme last year on diwali and i had been able to submit all the installments on time until May 2016 when I was called and told that the pune JM road store is going to be closed. I had been asked to get my account transferred to Bangalore. As i was travelling outside India for a sometime. I asked my brother to complete all the scheme on time. But no one was entertaining in BangAlore as a result not only the scheme dates were defaulted for the deposit but now I am nit sure if i will get my money/gold for the moneg deposited.                                 As per invoice no.[protected]ino1656 dated 28/12/2015 i booked some items and got the delivery in feb 2016. the article no. 8ku0186989 mangal sutra’s quality was found very poor. it has been broken two times within 4 months. the first time in mar-16 & second time in may-16. first time it was repaired in apr-16 and second time it was given for replacement on 08/07/2016 as per repair form 50337. after 2-3 days your representative called me & said that the item could be replaced within seven days from the date of delivery. but he did not inform me earlier at the time of booking as per terms & condition. he said that the item could not be replaced, but he will try to replace it otherwise it would be repaired without any charge. i agreed for repair but the representative did not give any information till 22/07/2016. on date 22/07/2016 i went to your showroom to collect the item, but it was not handed over to me because the weight of the item was not found proper. the showroom manager told me that the item would be delivered to me at my home. on 23/07/2016 he called me for delivery. but i asked him to certify the weight of the item. and he refused to certify the weight of the item and did not deliver at my home.

                                  I have purchase a gold chain in reliance rewels panjagutta store in hyderabad worth of 36, 000/- on 9th may 2016 there was a offer of 5% cash back on sbi credit and debit card. i made payment through sbi debit card the store staff said cash back will credit to the account but i till now it has not credit, its almost 60days i waited but no response.

                                  Please the action asap.

                                    Only after I posted my complaint on Consumer complaints, reliance customer support responded. Earlier I had written an email to their customer support, but I didnt receive any response. When I call the store I got fake responses and promises that we shall call you back in 10 minutes. Didnt recieve any call till I posted my complaint on Consumer complaints. I have received the cashback to my account. I expect Reliance to keep the customers informed
