Reliance Jewels — manufacturing defect | |||
Dear m'am/sir An earring has been purchased from yours showroom in allahabad on 16 jan 2019 vide Tax invoice no ax844918in007656 for rs 15976. Bought product had manufacturing or design defect since beginning On wearing part of the earring dropped down on two occasions from its screws. It is just lucky that it was dropped in home itself otherwise i had a great loss of my money as well as of my asset. On 12th march 2019, we visited the same showroom and tried to convince sales executive and in charge of the showroom to give full refund of the product as product has manufacturing / design defect since beginning. My product was shown to repair person in the show room and he told us problem will remain there as repairing will not resolve the issue. We were ready to buy the new product if full refund is given but they did not agree They asked us to deposit the product as it would be sent to head office and to come after 25 days for which we did not agree. We have bought from reliance jewels a no of times and this is the first time we are facing such problem. It is requested you to order full refund for the abovesaid product.
