We bought a silver chain from reliance jewelry.. Within 2 days the chain has got so many dents and finally broken on 3rd day. When we are buying reliance assured us lifetime warranty, repairable and re polishable.

When we took the chain to the outlet they are saying is not at all repairable or replaceable.

We are really disappointed with the service provided by reliance jewelry.

Small shops are giving 50% to 60% exchange value to the silver jewelry.

But the big firms like reliance has given the false promise of repairable. At the time of buying, they are giving promising words but in actual reliance jewelry has not replaced or repaired their own product.

Its been 2 months now we didn't either get the refund or broken chain back. We need to get a refund for this damaged product. Looking forward to hearing.

Always go with the genuine jewelry shops whether it's a nose pin or small fancy silver items.
