Reliance Jewels — Unable to login to my Gold Scheme- GSS account or re-set password

Hi, I enrolled into th GSS scheme on[protected] and did make an online payment of installment on 24th Oct-2020.

But I am unable to login or re-set my GSS account password using my Customer ID. That is showing error. Customer Support number is not working
