[Resolved] Reliance Jio 4g — Sim card not activated for a long time | |||||
My reliance jio number is [protected]. And my alternative number is [protected]. I bought this sim card with a lyf mobile on 03/09/2016 from reliance digital express. (Nachan road, benachity, durgapur-713213) and i received my order number on 05/09/2016. The order number is no000006e7we. After some days my simcard not activated. Then i registered a complain in jio customer care. After some days i contact again to jio customer care they said that they tried to contact me but i didn't received there call.in seriously i haven't received any call from jio to my number ([protected] vodafone). They always says wait for 48 hrs. My complain numbers are sr000001g1jl, sr000001o7xr. Kindly take a necessary action against reliance jio. Or put down their services. Thank you..
