Reliance Jio — Complaint about wrong data usage details. | |||||
I am using jio sim from bigning and I also have updated 99 rs membership and other 3 months recharge package in which daily 1gb data is free but I am highly dissatisfied with the data because it always shows fake details of data usage. Not only me but also my so many friends are facing same problems. On 5th July I was traveling and there were network issues so I couldn't use my data properly also I was tired so I slept early around 9 or 10 pm nd waked up late around 11 am so between this I haven't used my phone but it still shows I have used 417.33 MB data at 5.58 am and also few other mbs which I haven't used. I also asked for details in customer care but they answered that it's shows you have used that means u have used data we don't have any details this is only the proof that you have used your data that's is. This is not the reply which I am expecting from care they are not ready to provide me details. It's clearly cheating. Everyday I don't know where 1gb data goes. Some times I uses but most of the time it gives fake calculation which is like fraud. Also on next day the calculation shows something else and remaining data is different so I want proper details for this. This is like we have to file RTI for each and every small small things otherwise they make us fool everyday. Why the can't provide me details of my usage ? I want want clarification for this even if I have to take legal action to get details I am ready for this so please and me soon regarding this. I am also attaching screenshot regarding data usage. 490 mb remaining is of 7th July Friday and another image is for usage of 417.33 on 6th July early morning. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Since 2 days Inspite of min data used, jio data says 50% used in 2 hrs.. N 90% used in next 10 min.. How is that possible... It is happening jus right now again while sending this Msg.. Pathetic... THIS IS CHEATING... N now my daily data is already exhausted.. Jus within 10 mins... Is there going to be a revision on this???

Sir as per adviser I have recharged they told me daily 10 GB but know they are telling 10 GB 28 days it's wrong information plz even though I have called also they have no responding this is the way how can we use of JIo ...Kindly Ans ... question. I have switches off my net by 4-june-2018 and when i tried using net on 5-june mng it throws msg as i have consumed whole 1.5 GB but there is no usage history about net usage.
I am faing the same issue as well. I took the sim 4 days back and have used internet very minimally. The usage within 4 days is 12 GB. Being an experienced internet user for ages I am sure I have not used beyond 2GB in 4 days.

Earlier I had an idea card, I transferred to jio. Jio's 1.5 GB data pack shows 50% exhausted in just 30-40 min, while my earlier idea package lasted much longer.
This shouldn't be the way to treat your customers. Hope we will be provided with a solution as soon as possible.

i think jio telecom is cheating customers by showing fake data usage. i have installed data counter app on my pc and check daily usage. its mismatching the data usage and what the company shows. its entirely different.
From 2 or 3 days I can't use data but jio show you used your50% data how can it's posible instead i can't use data after 10 minutes of data use it's show that you have used 90% of data. Clearly jio cheat with us.

Jio is cheating on data realized after one-week o[censored]sage. I was using xfinity(comcast Wifi) in California. I came here tried with 1.5G for 399/-. It was finishing after 10mins o[censored]sage. then i baught 5GB. even then it is not useful to work with Jio.

why people's of india are not taking any action on this? are they scared of the modi government and ambani? this is clearly a scam by jio, even my 1.5 gb data is getting exhausted in just 2 hours by watching 5 YouTube videos in just 240p! looks like india IT sector and telecom sector is full of scammers, they are even scamming USA citizens
Jio Is cheating badly, I have taken 3GB per day pack which is over by almost 11 am ( 11 pm - 9 am I am in dreams). I thought might be some of my apps are on so they might use data in the background, but I deleted all apps still the same problem, tried contacting them but they are only showing data usage page so I added another Work from Home 2 GB plan so guys in total ( 5 GB) Per day so far and trust me this is over by 4 pm and then in the evening when I have some other work then I have to top-up again ( In a week I am doing 2 recharges of 12 GB per week. This is insane That means I am using 5*7 - 35GB + 24 GB - --->>> 59 GB in 7 days. I was suspecting this and then bought an immediate SIM Card ( During COVID from my brother Shop) and there for the entire week similar usage I am not even using 9 GB for 7 days. Can somebody guide me on how to verify this more and then file a legal complaint in regards to this? I have no problem with fighting these looters. I have all means and resources to fight legally so any guidance is appreciated.
Worst I have downloaded 350 mb file today morning, but it showing used 100% of data and hat means 1.5gb .

I recharge my jio number with 11 rupees(800mb)on 5.40pm after 40min. They showung 90% data were used. I didint download anything. Only use whatsup and instagram. This is the second time for me.jio cheating many peoples like this.i am going to show the real face of jio cheating.how many lakhs of people being cheated like this..😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

40 minutes on Instagram is a big deal. Instagram consumes too much data.
