Reliance Jio — Complaint about wrong data usage details. | |||
I am using jio sim from bigning and I also have updated 99 rs membership and other 3 months recharge package in which daily 1gb data is free but I am highly dissatisfied with the data because it always shows fake details of data usage. Not only me but also my so many friends are facing same problems. On 5th July I was traveling and there were network issues so I couldn't use my data properly also I was tired so I slept early around 9 or 10 pm nd waked up late around 11 am so between this I haven't used my phone but it still shows I have used 417.33 MB data at 5.58 am and also few other mbs which I haven't used. I also asked for details in customer care but they answered that it's shows you have used that means u have used data we don't have any details this is only the proof that you have used your data that's is. This is not the reply which I am expecting from care they are not ready to provide me details. It's clearly cheating. Everyday I don't know where 1gb data goes. Some times I uses but most of the time it gives fake calculation which is like fraud. Also on next day the calculation shows something else and remaining data is different so I want proper details for this. This is like we have to file RTI for each and every small small things otherwise they make us fool everyday. Why the can't provide me details of my usage ? I want want clarification for this even if I have to take legal action to get details I am ready for this so please and me soon regarding this. I am also attaching screenshot regarding data usage. 490 mb remaining is of 7th July Friday and another image is for usage of 417.33 on 6th July early morning. Was this information helpful? | |||

Wah what a cheat is this jio data. Had recharged for 3 gb per day but this fake jio provides 1.5 gb per day ..not able to browser neither use data after 1.5... What is this, when you take so much amount its your priority to provide such kind of correct data.. why is it happening .. if you need money come and beg ill give you money ..why does this fraud happening.
I didn't use my internet 2gb it's automatically exhausted my 2gb still 3days 30/05/21-01/06/21 .if you didn't do anything I change my sim so plz check it I lost my 3days internet

They always encourages to add on packages like boosters.

I dont know why the jio is functing this way.

Jio cheating customers without using data it's showing 50percentage after 10minz 90 percentage I thought my phone problem and I erased all data in phone and apps too still I'm facing same problem after this plan I will port to Airtel network..
I have similar issue like this. I regularly use my data and exosted them. My phone has data usage counter and I also use third party data usage counter apps, they show exact data usage on my phone. But recently I noticed that jio is giving me less data than my daily limit. jio shows that I have exosted my data but I didn't, like I used only 1.3gb or 1.4 gb data but jio shows 1.5gb data exosted. They give me 100-200 mb less data daily. this is cheating.
My data draining so fast without even using it since 5 days. In just 30 mins my data has drained 50% and overall in 50 mins, 100% data is consumed..WHAT IS THIS..? I need data has to be properly given to customers..people gonna hate jio if this continues..hope so will be resolved very soon(FYI- no auto updates are on in my mobile, no background data is consuming) RESOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY ..(image description -how is this possible that i getup at 10 am nd switch on my mobile nd i see 1.5 gb is consumed..)I REPEAT IT AGAIN RESOLVE MY PROBLEM
