Reliance Jio Infocomm — amount deducted from my bank account but recharge not done

I have done the recharge of 558 rupees from my jio number [protected] with the help of phone pe upi and money gets deducted from my account for the same. But recharge for jio number is not getting reflected. So, kindly please proceeds my recharge amount or give me refund. My upi id [protected]@upi
