Reliance Jio Infocomm — annoying calls despite dnd activation from jio
I am fed up with the cheap execution of annoying calls despite being registered for dnd. 3 calls per day informing me to recharge for 5 days in advance. Couldnt this information be conveyed through message only mode rather than annoying ivr calls. No one is interested to hear this ivr notification. This is just a breach of dnd service provided. Worst service provider in terms of privacy. When i tried complaining, the customer service representative, he coolly replied, that these calls will come. There is no way of removing it. He sounded as if, i sold my privacy for a cheap tariff.
I am using airtel, vodafone, bsnl. They provide a full dnd service. Jio might be cost effective, but quality is worst.
