I have three JIO SIM Cards i.e [protected], [protected], XXXXXXXXXX, when i got above sim cards i don't know those are postpaid cards. I haven't used those cards much bcoz for call connectivity issue and low internet speed, any how i approached to a JIO Digital store at Jagdish Market to deactivate my cards and keep one card activated i.e [protected] and convert same to prepaid for future use. When i approached to JIO digital store at Jagdish Market, customer service agent was busy on call and i request to disconnect my two number and keep one activated and convert the same to prepaid, he ask me to goto Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad Branch office, i visited there at around 5:00PM and ask watchman about my query he responded like he is favoring me and acting very rudely and he ask me to wait till my turn, i found only one customer executive in the whole office and he is busy with one customer in his cabin, i waited there upto 30min and when i return to my turn executive ask me to goto Narayanguda JIO Store. I visited there explain my query, he ask me get ID Proof and one photo copy to convert postpaid connection to prepaid connection and for disconnection i have to call to customer care and should logged a disconnection service request. Anyhow i bring a photo copy of my ID and Photo and again he ask me SIM Card number for verification, as the sim card is using at my premises i said i will get the SIM Number from over call but he refused and asking to show sim card. > Here the point is i am the owner of card and i am submitting my ID (Aadhar Card) i.e the same ID on which i obtained SIM through one step activation, he can match my ID and i can share SIM card number if i have sim card. Inspite of all this he rejected my request and ask to obtain SIM Card. > I have traveled around 15KM (i.e from Chandrayangutta to Jagdish Market to HimayathNagar to Narayanguda) and visited all the store to get rid of PostPaid billing issues. even though my query didn't get solved after visiting 3 JIO Store. Same day i have ported my VODAFONE number from Postpaid to Prepaid Plan by just submitting my ID and photo copy and they issued a new SIM card and the same i have done with my IDEA Sim on the same day, they did't ask to obtain old SIM Card. They just verified my ID and logged my request. > And for Disconnection of SIM Card i called to customer service number but the call didn't connected to agent untill 30min of waiting twice. > If customer queries didn't get solved on JIO store then what is the use of them, are they just for showoff!
