[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Can't Make a Voice call | |||
Hello Team, I am one of the Reliance Jio Subscriber from last October 2016. My Mobile No is.[protected]. I am using the sim in my RedmI Note 3. One Week before I had done Jio Prime Recharge Rs.99 which is the initial subscription recharge for Enroll as a Jio prime customer. After that I couldn’t make a voice call from Jio Number. When i make a call it automatically get disconnected and came to home screen. But in same mobile i have other service provider Sim that's works fine. I had tried many steps like Restarting Phone, Turn off the phone & Removed and inserted the sim in my mobile to resolve the problem. But Mobile high speed Data are going without any issue. So Kindly help me to know the what is problem with sim to make a voice call without any issues. ANGURAJ Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Automatically yesterday onward the sim working properly. Calling option working fine now. Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
