Reliance Jio Infocomm — cheating done with 'redmi note series offer'

I ported to jio sim and purchased my sim from jio store karamana, trivandrum, kerala-695002.
When i purchased my sim, i asked about the 'redmi note series offer' to the employee of the store. First of all he was not aware of the offer and then he said any offer will only take effect after the first online recharge done via myjio app and not the first offline recharge done by the jio store. (The offer for my device was 24 rs 100/- vouchers for recharge of rs 299/- and double data vouchers for 4 recharges if recharge is done for rs 199/- or above.) since he said that the first recharge doesn't matter i opted for the rs 149/- recharge for 28 days so that i can quickly avail the offer by performing the above mentioned offer recharges using myjio app after 1 month. So 1 month passed and 1 did the rs 198/- recharge but i didn't receive the double data coupons. So i contacted customer support and enquired them about the same. Now they inform me that the offer was only valid if my very first recharge was done with 198/- irrespective of online/offline but since the first recharge done for me was for rs 149/- i was not eligible for the double data offer nor the rs 2400/- voucher! What an absurd nonsense and cheating of customers is this?! I specifically asked for the information about the offer during my first sim activation and the employees of the jio store not only were uninformed about the offer but they also gave me false and completely contradicting information saying that the offer will only be redeemable after the second recharge i. E, the first online recharge which is to be done after the offline recharge on activation. Due to this spreading of false information by jio employees i have now lost rs 2400/- worth of offers and double data for 4 months! This is completely unacceptable and blatant cheating by reliance jio of the consumers!!! The customer care executive neither provided me any resolution for their mistake nor offer any compensation. This was clearly a case of false advertisement and cheating by jio. I went with jio instead of airtel even though airtel had better plans for my device and way better network speed. But i went against it and opted for jio which i regret very much now. Then again i didn't imagine jio cheating customers like this and when asked for resolution through customer care, be in denial and not owning upto their irresponsibilities. Extremely disappointed and enraged. Hopefully some resolution comes from this or i am going to post this in social media's and switch to airtel.
