So i went to reliance store i got a jio sim number [protected]... Its been 2 weeks my jio haven't been activated yet neither i got televerification msges. Hi, I have downloaded the app from the play store (Myjio) then I have registered the details for the new SIM card Jio. There you have generated the barcode the SIM card. Then you have to go to store with that bar code. Then they will check your details and scan your bar code which you got from the app. After doing this. They told me that this bar code already redeemed. At this stupid reliance person give me this answer. They are chatting with us. I went to reliance digital store at Reliance Digital Xpress Door No 8-2-682/2, Ground & 1st Floor, Zonah Crescent, Road No 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500034, Waiting for someone responsible person to solve this problem.
