[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — didn't receive order confirmation despite of money deducted from bank account | |||||
I placed order for jio phone on 24th august. Transaction details for which order failed are given below. Bank: hdfc bank Withdrawal : 500.00 Cheque/ref no.[protected] Narration : jhdf[protected]/billdkreliancejioin Money deducted from hdfc bank account as shown above but didn't receive message to specified number for order confirmation and no details received in my jio account as well. Contacted customer care of reliance jio but they are not able to resolve issue and suggested to solve issue on my own by contacting source of payment. How can there be problem with source of payment when i can see deduction from my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 31, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Issue seems to be resolved now. I received voucher details to number for which I booked Jio Phone when I called '1800 890 8900'.
Now will wait till delivery gets started. Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
