Issue for low network coverage/signal strength in my locality. Sir, myself and my wife we are using reliance sim/jiofi but from past 4-5 months we are facing severe network problem in our locality in natwar nagar, road no-02, jogeshwari east, 400060. The signal strength of your reliance jio network here is very very poor and we are not able to browse the internet, forget about downloading anything. We are not able to send any messages or send/receive any emails etc, due to the poor network and all our money paid for the data services is going waste, so i kindly request you to solve the rjio network issue in our locality at the earliest. Sir I have paid 348 rs from hdfc credit card and another 349 rs from icici debit card on 22nd may 2018.Two times I paid recharges.kindly one recharge AMOUNT refunded the same thanking yousir my jio phone no [protected]
