[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio recharge 1799 rs

I have recharged my jio account with 1799rs plan for 336days. I recharged through My Jio app on 5th Dec, 2019 around 8:50p.m. Amount was deducted and received message from SBI bank. 1749rs. paid through google pay. One 50rs voucher consumed. But didnt received a message from Jio. In app, in all possible ways it is not showing the recharge details. No internet data and no outgoing calls. 1799rs plan.. not even a single notification.. everything is telling your current plan is expired. but what about the new one ? what is the status ?
