My first email to phonepe: — My recharge to jio number was not successful. I went to the site and paid using phonepe: the amount deducted from my account but i didn't receive a confirmation for successful recharge. Transaction id : icif77f23e2da0d434ea0c6d81ecc2c129c — Then i received reply from phonepe customer support. Hi gautam, Greetings from phonepe! Ticket id: 2149910. The transaction is successful & the amount of rs 399 has been successfully transferred to the beneficiary's bank account. Regards, Phonepe. — Then i contacted reliance jio support many times using calls and emails and here is the reply from them. Dear mr. Saini, Thank you for your enquiry with regards to the recharge of rs. 399/- and sharing the details. As per system check, and the details provided i am not able to trace the any recharge on your jio account performed between 16th to 17th september 2017. I would request you to contact the payment source for the clarification in case declined. Also can claim for the refund if the amount was deducted from the account. Very danger problem have third class jio app pls shutdown or close remove your app from play store.it not working and money deducted from bank account but recharge not done yet .no one can get responsibility not jio or bank .no customer satisfaction for their money and no one help to us.Pls refund my money.
