Reliance Jio Infocomm — money deducted without any confirmation | |||
Yesterday (24th august 2017) i booked a jio phone from the site, and made transaction through my sbi credit card, as the money got deducted from my account but i didn't got any confirmation message from jio about phone booking. Please help. I am also trying to contact customer care but they are not receiving phone. Please help. The mobile number by which i registered is [protected]. And the pin code is 831003. I have online recharged Rs.399/= on 07/08/2017 but till date I could not get the facility also my out going call ban from 18/08/2017, I have facing lot of problem.please activate imideately with regards.
