Reliance Jio Infocomm — non recharge of rs. 459 transaction made through upi | |
It to submit that I performed the transaction through BHIM App vide Transaction ID[protected] dated 17.12.2017 to recharge Rs 459 on No. [protected] the amount is debited from my account but recharge not done till date. I had raised the issue with Central Bank of India but they told that since the transaction is successful and ask to merchant (Rel Jio) for reversal. Reliance jio infocomm is not providing me last six months incoming call history of my jio mobile no. [protected]. From june 2017. I communicate with customer care of jio regarding this but they refuse to give my incoming and missed call history for last six months.
