Reliance Jio Infocomm — payment received no message received

I have recharged a no.[protected] with plan 399. Payment from my a/c has been deducted but no message for recharge confirmation has been made. It was due to sudden shut down of my mobile phone but the payment was made before the shut down. So please do the needful, as the present activated plan on the number [protected] expires tonight, which will cause unnecessary inconvenience in operating the phone. Thank you.
