Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge done but plan not activated | |||
I have done my recharge on 5th of june. By bank statement showed a debit balance of rs 349.(tansaction id- PRCR/[protected]/[protected]/jio money). But my jio app if saying i don't have any activated. I went to many reliance digital stires near me, but they can't help and told me talk to customer care.Neither I'm being able to talk to their customer care executive, as there is no such facility. I can't make outgoing calls. Kindly sort it asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
