Sir i have done recharge by mistake of jio number ([protected]) of 459 on 17 december 2017, 07:03 pm (By the debit rupay card of dena bank) instead of my jio number ([protected]) so. We are facing poor/No network accessibility at Bommasandra - Jigani Industrial area.
Majority of the cases it shows No network. If connects also we will unable to call due to poor network range.
Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible.
