Reliance Jio Infocomm — Recharge failure and money blocked. Making money unethically | |
Sir/madam I recharged my jio number [protected] with 303rs. I used my sbi bank Internet Banking using jio app. My money deducted but recharge not completed. Find below the transaction no. IGABCFXBH3 for Rs.303.0 (Summer Offer) I am attaching the image with this email showing bank statement. I contacted the care. It was said it is failure not recharged. He suggested me to contact bank. I contacted bank and they said amount transaction is successful so will not be refunded. Relianace Jio is not giving me recharge so i recharged for 309 that was successful. If it is fault of your service, why should a customer suffer and bear a loss of his hard earned money. It shown just money collection by unethical practices. I know you are very helpless and customer is of no value for you people. Rs. 303 is not big amount for me but it shows very bad customer reddressal forum of Reliance Jio specifically. I have tried to contact online chat care, but no one response any time. No emails are answered. It shows a pathetic customer care service by Reliance Jio. Reliance is a big name but such poor customer service is very bad on its image. Will you solve the problem or not? Please do the needful. Attachment: Bank Statement as png image.
