Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge not come

I have done recharge through my jio app using paytm upi
My upi referance no.[protected]
In paytm its show money send to reliance jio infocomm limited
Its also show id — reliancejioinfocomm.[protected]@hdfcbank

Money is deducted from bank
Recharge not happen till yet
No any message come from there
Sir look my matter
Recharge not done or not sowing in my jio app or message come
