Reliance Jio Infocomm — Recharge not credited to my account | |||||
Hi, I had recharged my Reliance Jio Number (available on request) on March 29th via the Jio website, after clicking on one of the numerous messages they sent on a daily basis. In the payment option, I opted to pay via Paytm. Here are all the transactioIDs listed below: Billdesk TransactionID: IPT[protected] Paytm transactionID: [protected] I paid Rs. 402/- (Rs. 99 for prime membership + Rs. 303 for monthly recharge) However, the recharge has not bee done on my account. Yesterday (April 10th, 2017), I spent over 45 minutes on the phone with Jio customer service, and also dropped an email to their appellate authority, but could' t get a resolution. When I try to configure 3g phone with jiofi hotspot jio number [protected] the configuration asking for OTP sent to alternate no but I have not received OTP on [protected] or [protected] I suspect your person who sold the hotspot device as registered his mobile number. So I request you to change my alternative no to [protected]
