Reliance Jio Infocomm — Recharge not received on my JIO no | |||
I have done recharge of rs. 402/- (99+303) summer surprise offer on my jio no. From my debit card of vijaya bank on 07/04/2017 at 22:15:32. Amount was deducted from my account but still i have not get any message from jio and my outgoing services has been barred and internet speed has also been reduced. Jio officials are saying that they are not in a position to tell something. I cant understand what is problem with my recharge? Please help to resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
