Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge rejected

I had recharged my reliance jio no [protected] on 13/1/18 for rs.399/- debited from my icici a/c no.[protected] paid through billdesk with transaction id[protected] and status in my bank statement shows payment sucessful but jio states that the payment was rejected. Since the same was done through billdesk, kindly check & state further progress.

I have recharged my Jio number ( [protected] ) through BHIM UPI. The number doesn't seem to be recharged, however, the money has been deducted from my account. Please look into and refund the money.
