Reliance Jio Infocomm — Refund after failed number porting to Jio | |
I wanted to port my long standing Vodafone number to Jio and initiated the process through the Jio app. I immediately received the porting details along with a Jio representative visiting my house the very next day to help with the process. After sharing all the details he asked me to make the payment via upi since cash was not accepted. I used Amazon pay to transfer Rs.654 to Jio but the same didn't reflect in the app used by the representative. When I showed him that the money has been debited from my account he called his higher up and told me since the process failed I will get refund of my money within 7 working days. It's been 10 days since but I am yet to get a refund. Was this information helpful? | |
