Reliance Jio Infocomm — refund not received for device yet

I had disconnected jio fibre on 1 march and have returned the jio device which was is new condition. While collecting the device i also provided my bank details for refund. It’s been more than a month but i haven’t received my refund yet. Kindly provide my complete refund at the earliest.
Also let me know if anything is pending from my end that i need to provide.

Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I recharge 555/- for [protected] jio number by my Jio app, recharge for friends options, using AMAZON UPI.
BUT Still now my recharge is not done and the money is debited from my account.
