Sorry to inform you that after approaching Reliance Digital Express store, I came to know that my coupon code had already been redeemed. Even after Adhar card finger print verification they said that my coupon code had been redeemed. To my utter surprise how can anybody redeem my coupon generated by my mobile. I think this is a case of fraud. I would request Reliance Digital to clarify this matter urgently, so that I can get the Jio Sim as soon as possible.
