Reliance Jio Infocomm — stupid recharge problem

The most stupid connection in the whole world. There system works as in we are in 1998...
I was going to recharge my relative's number through my jio app as paytm and all don't have the postpaid jio option. So when i was doing from my app it didn't asked which number is to be recharged and it recharged my own number.
Then when i asked the customer care guys that instead of 499 i am using 509 plan so i'll transfer 10 more rupees and my 509 should continue but there stupid system doesn't have this option. Why the hell do you call it postpaid then. Please don't buy this connection use airtel or voda. It sucks a big time.
Totally disappointed and i'll port to other connection..

Data speed is too slow in my area pin code 500032. i tried contacting CC and raised so many tickets regarding this, but still no resolution . i have recharged 459 Rs for 84 days, please refund the money if you cant provide the service.
