[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Transaction failed but money has been deducted

My jio money number is [removed].
Twice I recharged with 303+99 and the transaction failed. I was intimated that I will get back the money in 48 hrs but it has aldready been 5 days since. When I submit a query, you are not replying. Pls don't make people like us lose respect for Jio. I am incurring a loss of 2 x 402 = RS.804. I even have screenshots to prove that the transaction failed. Pls take necessary action immediately.

Updated by Abhijith Raghavan I received a fraud call from +91 [protected] asking for all my card details. I refused. Pls be aware and assist me in the issue.

Had recharged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I am prime member of Jio services so i recharged for 303/- but yet now i didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 303 /-which has been paid to Billdeskutil. Return my money or Recharge my jio.
