Reliance Jio Infocomm — unsuccessful recharge | |||
I have recharged my Jio number +[protected] for Rs 349 plan for 70 days. Money got deducted but I got no confirmation of the recharge either in MyJio app or via any SMS. Customer care executives does not connect at all. Everytime I try the call gets disconnect itself. In live chat even, there is no one to answer to my complaints. This is not acceptable from a service provider. Please assist me immediately on this issue. I paid through GPay and the UPI transaction id is[protected] and Google Transaction ID is CICAgKD2przfEQ.
