Reliance Jio Infocomm — wrong information lead to wrong recharge | |||
Hi, I have another number [protected]. I was using it in jio phone for more than one year. Due to some technical issues in phone i decided to buy a new phone and then called the jio customer service to know the process to migrate to new phone. I followed the process and accordingly did bundle recharge of rs 498 with utr[protected] at 10.25pm, 7th aug, 2019. However after recharge also sim is not working. I called the customer care and then came to know that sim will not work in nokia 2g phone. Now this recharge of 498 has gone waste. Since its not my mistake and i followed all the steps shown by jio customer care, i request you to cancel my recharge done and refund the amount. Its been almost 10 hour passed and i raised the issue within 2 hours of my recharge only still i didn’t got refund. Please help Regards Nitesh [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
