Wrong SMS charges on 31st Dec 2019 attached evidence. 13 days 9 reminders by email to care . 6 replies from care but amount not revert yet.

Please provide 100 times amount revert as I had faced problem.
Please provide amount 3000 as issue not resolved.
Very poor company customer care. 3 times called to customer care, 6 persons attended and revert on email but no solution no time line. please help.

First recharged Rs 50/- on 5.1.20
Second recharged Rs 155/- on 6.1.20.
Pl return amount.

I had done my recharge of (₹555) yet by debit card and transaction was received by company but my recharge not found. I want to you request for refund my money.
