[Resolved] Reliance Jio — recharge and validity | |||
As per trai due to lockdown validity was extended to all prepaid subscriber upto 20th april but jio service provider did not follow the guidelines and my recharge was due for mobile on 10th april and they sent me 10 to 15 sms and mails for recharge before due date and finally i have to recharge on the due date. Their customer service is not replying and jio app also not replying. How to contact them? Trai must take action against all service providers jio, airtel and bsnl.
