[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — cancellation of policy and refund the amount - policy nos.50140570 & 50220387 | |||
I am a retired army officer, i have taken two policies from reliance one in the month of may and 2nd in the month of july 2012. Reliance people had misguided me and asked me to pay the premium, as soon as i realised that the premium which i have to pay against these two policies is very high i have approached reliance to cancel my both the policies and submitted the originals in their office for cancellation. But as on date nothing has happened. I have also approached director of public grieviences but nothing has happened and no actions have been taken. I am a retired person my monthly pension is appx. Rs.30000/- from where i will pay the premium of rs. 75000/- hence i have requested them to cancel my both the policies but they are not ready to cancel it. Would appreciate you can help us to cancel the policies and refund my money back Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 28, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I have approached almost all the government offices but my complaint is closed without any resolutiosn, how you people are helping a common man and closing their cases without asking them personally, this is not at all acceptable. I know about my pf and take the provident fund that deposited in the reliance Nippon life insurance company limited Mathura Uttar Pradesh and I take provident fund from this company as I leave this company in January 2017..
