[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — customer care employees abusive works on calls

this is my complaint against Reliance Life Insurance Customer care employee called today 09th April from +91 [protected], offering insurance on my Airtel mobile #, which i was not interested and i asked her did i said i'm interested but she says first lesion to my offer do not interrupt me and when i said i'm not interested to lesion she started abusing me with in local language when i raised my voice she started all bad works and she cut my phone.

i called her back and some other lady spoke to me and she said what did she said when i'm explaining to her she just dropped my call and just got one info is these girls are calling from Uppal branch and manager name akhila.

few things to understand by call center people
1. if they are calling to unknown people first thing they should check whether they are interested in her/his topic.
2. should be min communications skills to talk to clients(customer)
3. these guys are selling a product and they should have min knowledge and warm talking.
these girls are really horrifying and doesn't even have common respect and communication to speak.

I really feel back to reliance Life insurance company, i'm sure these girls are not from direct Reliance company maybe a 3rd party vendor.
I request you guys plz take necessary action against on them.
