Dear sir/mam on 23/07/2018 i pay my premium for 03 policies due to some reason premium of 01 policy no[protected] is not credited in my account. when i share this matter to bank they told me that it is not our problem they gives me a merchant transaction no-([protected]) and told that kindly contact to your merchant for payment settlement. kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible.
