In reference to your no.[protected] dt.23.11.2018. I would like to inform you that an amount of rs.3975.74 has been credited to my account on 22.11.2018. This means, so far i have got 3, 60, 106.12 and rs.3637.00 has been deducted as tds. Thag is a total amount of rs.3, 63, 743.12 has been aid to me against payment of rs.371378.00 in five years as premiums. So question remains the same that i have paid more and got lessafterat maturity. Now question is why this additional benifit was not paid along with maturity amount on 05.11.2018. Though this was due? Secondly the policy is termed as endowment policy, but endowment means enrichment which means policy holder would be benifited by this policy at maturity. Butpratically he'd to under go loss of rs.7, 634.88 on spite of all premiums in time., leave aside benifit what so ever. And finally you have deducted income tax, though it is a loss item. Please reconsider. With regards.
