[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — NOT refunded policy sum total | |
My father purchased a life insurance in 2010 "reliance super market return term 10 plan (regular). My sister is nominee in this policy. My father was expired in 2011 and now the policy refund or total sum is not given to my sister. I would like to know why even all papers were submitted to C-Scheme, Jaipur office where my sister went. The employees were not helping and they asking unnecessary signs and documents. Sep 28, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The total sum of amount is refunded to my sister. But this was happened only after filling complaint, why ??
If a business run by customer's complaints than they dont have good ethics so please take care of your other customers.
