[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — Premium paid receipt not received | |||||
I have paid premium for my Reliance Life Insurance policy no 52064017 for Rs 25658 through online payment on[protected].I have received a receipt showing only transaction id. It has neither client name nor policy number. Now the problem is how do I show it in my ITR documents.I had also submitted my mobile number and email id in Rampur office on the time of starting the policy and also once again in their Kashipur office to link my policy.I several times tried to create my user id for further communications. But no result.They have not entered my mobile number and email id in their records.Kindly sand my premium paid certificate as other companies do. My complaint has been resolved.Company has emailed me from [email protected] and [email protected]. They have also called me from two phone numbers +912230002245 and +912239295300. They have sent my premium paid receipt and also entered my mobile number and email id in their records.So very very thanks to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum and to Reliance Nippon Life Insurance.
