Reliance Life Insurance — reliance nippon life not respond to customer issue and deduct money from customer policy without customer confirmation.

My self gautam kumar swain, belongs from orissa, bhubaneswar. I have four policy with reliance nippon life from 2012 and paying premium regularly. Last to last month i visited reliance branch for deposit my ulip renewal premium amount rs.11000/-, when i ask their front desk officer for premium payment policy amount, he replayed me some suspense amount added in your account so you need to pay only rs.8059/- (Premium paid receipt attached). After his instruction i paid that amount at rlic branch. After 3 days i want to knows my policy statues so i call customer care and got reply from them don't worry your policy renewal date is after some days that's why your paid premium not showing, once it over your policy will continue (Conversation recording attached for your reference).
I check it again after renewal date then found its showing suspense amount, means my policy was lapse which was not my mistake so i compilation regarding this matter to customer care they told me some extra amount credited to your ulip policy account which we deduct from your renewal premium amount. Then i put complain regarding this matter but nobody solve this issue, then once again i complain to rlic grievance side regarding this matter and also complain on irda portal but still they not tray to understand what was the real issue and what was the solution.
After fed up i pay rest amount online for continue this policy because here i lose my benefits which i still saving from my pocket for my family future education/old age/illness purpose.
Really i am very dissatisfied to this company and related to their bad service, without customer concern how can they deduct money from customer ulip policy? Which is most profitable policy for customer because its gain every day nav price. We cannot imagine how much profit this policy occurred.
I need your support on this matter, so please help me.
I want rnlife provide me penalty for this serious issue.
