I am kuldeep singh pan – hbwps4001p it has a agency code:- amp22247147 with reliance nippon life insurance branch moradabad i have applied for cancellation for my agency code. I never give any policy in this code, it has already terminated by reliance in 30 june 2018. But its still showing with my pan no. Please release it otherwise i will loose my job.
