additional amount added in my bill

I purchased tide surf 4 kg pack and salesman told that 1 kg free for that pack. But when i saw the bill they added the 1 kg surf amount also. I tried to contact but they didn't pick up the phone. Please solve the problem. They displayed offeres buy 2 get 1 free, but they added three items in the bill. Where i have to contact. Please clarify in this issue....

On 22nd june 2019, i went to reliance mart fatima nagar, pune branch for shopping
Leaving my earphone (Panasonic wi fi ear phone set) inside the back pack. Token number 7 provided to me. While collecting the bag i found the ear phone missing from the back. I raise a complain. But no complain number provided to me. No feed back provided me. I am surprised that customer material being stolen from the secured area. It is not being considered...

    Dear JioMart Support Team,

    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an order I placed through the Quick Delivery section, which promised delivery within 10 to 30 minutes.

    I placed the order on 28/05/2025 at 7:20 PM, and as of now—29/05/2025 at 9:05 AM—I have still not received my groceries. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, especially considering the commitment of quick delivery.

    Given the extent of the delay and the inconvenience caused, I request appropriate compensation. Specifically, I am seeking a refund amounting to three times the order value as a gesture of goodwill and to address the distress caused by this experience.

    I hope JioMart takes this matter seriously and ensures that such service lapses are addressed promptly.

    Looking forward to your swift response and resolution.

      I am from Lucknow PIN-226016 Last week I have placed multiple orders but most of the orders having partial / incomplete supplies.

      Discussed but customer support team L1 and L2 both but I have not got any logical answer.

      If product is not available in stores then why order get saved.

          I made payment to Reliance smart point but it is not reflected at the end of merchant they said payment is suspended. After complaining and waiting for 24 hours I didn’t get my payment back.

            Reliance Jio mart in CBD Mall, Vaishnodevi Zundal Circle, Ahmedabad 382421 is selling Stale/ Expired product. I have procured Lotte Chocopie with Rs 113/- vide bill no. 15 dtd 26/01/2025 from above mentioned store and even my kids have consumed them and reported item seems not proper and little bit smelly. Immediately, I checked the product expiry date and found product is more than 1 year old with expiry date of 05/01/2025. There are huge bunch of mentioned product kept in the store and possibly all are of with expired date. This is the second such incidence faced by me in mentioned store. I request for thorough inspection of eatable items being sold by mentioned store and seek compensation of Rs 5000/- for health concern faced by my children on consumption of stale product

                  It is to inform you that my self Sandeep Kumar and today visited in Ambala city Reliance Mart to buy some consumable items but it was shoking when Reliance Mart staff was misleading to me and wasting my time at the time of billing and push me to go that counter after another counter even there was no crowd only two counter was running, second staff way of talking with customer was too rude which was not acceptable at any cost and plz ensure to take immediate action and sensitive to your staff.                     Hi Team,

                    We have purchased the Daikin AC on 31st March 2024 from Reliance Smart Bazar, Location-Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West .It got installed on 2nd April . It has not worked since that day. Also there is no booklet and Warranty card came with the AC . On asking the technician who came to installed it he said it is going to be there. When I checked AC boxes nothing was there and now I am doubtful whether they have given us original AC or a Duplicate product.

                    We have raised the complaint against the same on both Daikin Customer Support (Sr No.[protected] and Reliance Smart Bazar customer service (Service Request No-[protected])

                    For first few days nobody contacted us from both the teams, neither Daikin nor Reliance Mart . After many follow ups, on 9th April the Daikin technician visited and told us that the person who has installed the AC has wrongly installed it and there is no Gas in it that's why its not working.

                    On the other hand on 10th April(Today) the Reliance Mart technician visited, made a video and told there is some problem in the AC but he is not able to find out what exactly the problem is and still the AC is not working.

                    We as customers are HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the AC and in fact with the services of both the Companies- Daikin and Reliance Mart. It's most shocking that its a New AC which is bought on 31st March 2024 and its not working.

                    Its a mental torture case as we have purchased a brand new AC of Daikin from Reliance Mart and now both the companies are just putting the blame on each other and nobody is interested in resolving the issue and are just wasting our time.

                    We now don't want this AC from Daikin company. We want our money to be refunded on immediate basis as we cannot trust any of the Companies(Daikin and Reliance Mart)

                    I am attaching the Invoice for your reference and would request you to kindly look into the matter on an urgent and high priority basis and provide the solution .

                    Hi Team, Kindly update the status as we want refund . . Even after buying the AC on 31st March 2024 we are sleeping without it as it is not working. My family and small children are also suffering as the temperature is getting hot day by day. Please provide the solution at the earliest.

                    Kindly update the status of the complaint. We are already suffering a lot because of Reliance Mart and Daikin AC . What's the point in putting up a consumer complaint if your team is not responding.

                        I have Placed my oreder on 07.03.2024 vide order no is[protected]A Rs. 1321.00 less instant discount 10% Rs. 132.10
                        amount paid Rs. 1188.90 by ICICI bank Debit card.
                        while my order process, one item cycle agarbastil amount Rs.99/- not avaiabel.
                        My bill prepared without instant discount Rs. 1321 less Cycle Agarbati amount Rs.99/- net bill is 1222/- they have only less in bill but actual amount
                        have not given as refund Rs.99/- which I have paid by my debit card..

                          Recently i bought some urad dal from reliance but the problem is the price in the bill and the price shown in the mrp was different the mrp was 159rs but they they asked me to pay 174rs
                          When i asked why is this different they didnt have an answer so... Reliance smart is charging higher than the maximum retail price

                            On Wednesday 8.2.24 I have purshased grocery from reliance smart point total amount of 2263 I have paid money through the upi scan on phonepe I have tried several times but the system is recognised and have tried the paying through another app paytm the app shows it was successful but the system there was still in payment bending and again paid through another way at final my bank statement shows the amount debited twice can I get money back or not I request you to send the money back

                              Hi sir/Madam, I am your regular customer from past 3-yrs. I visit very often your store in Tumkur Karnataka near MG stadium. But I am finding some issue going on with Mockdown items. I can see Items Mockdown to 50% and no one will be purchasing any item until then. When I wait for to get 75% as day progresses but all of a sudden whole lot will be vanished. If I ask store guys says it's sold out.

                              Really some fishy is going on as i can see it will be not displayed when it comes to 75% and later it will be sold secretly by managers and store boys with their known vendors.

                              I feel better to stop this Mockdown process nor bring a new rule that store manager has to send daily pictures of Mockdown items displayed as they are hiding and selling these items.

                                I was shopping at reliance mart. And Every time I go there I have heard this announcement, that delivery will be provided to customers for free. So I shopped more than I could carry around 3000+ worth items. However at the counter I was told that delivery will not be provided. I wasted my time shopping and finally I had to reduce my cart items, spend time in doing that and then carry everything in bags and walk home. If you are not providing a service, why announce it on loudspeakers?

                                Also 2 snacking items had expiry date in like 5 days, which I noticed on reaching home. I tasted these snacks and they are horrible.

                                    Buy almonds in reliance mart store, 1 center, gollapudi, vijayawada, Ap.

                                    But after open almonds quality not good.
                                    We are visiting store and request to replace with fresh new one, if need to pay extra amount we are agree to pay extra. But those are not taking return and said offer products not taken return. If we take damaged bad quality product, my kids health is damaged, if damaged health who is responsible.
                                    So please take serious action.

                                    Store team no body provide non returnable products details. That means this stores team mistake.
